Ever since I can remember I have always loved to be active and work out. I loved how it made me feel. I loved how it gave me confidence in other aspects in my life. I loved how it changed my life forever. When things were not going well in my life, fitness was always there for me. I can never tell fitness thank you enough. It has allowed me to change hundreds of people’s lives.
I discovered this exercise or movement a few years back with a friend of mine. We had finished a hard workout and decided it would be “FUN” to push his truck around the parking lot to really fatigue our bodies. Well. . . it worked! We could barely walk after we finished. My buddy would get in his truck and steer and I would push the truck as far as I could. He would occasionally apply the brakes for additional resistance which I explained to him was not needed. Great exercise if you have a friend to assist.
Add exercises into your cleaning routine. If you’re on the ground cleaning up something, think about doing some lunges. You can even throw in a few push-ups. Add small bursts of physical activity to your daily routine, and your Fitness gym will improve dramatically.
This section sort of incorporates everything I have covered above, and adds in a few additional strategies. For example, as I mentioned before, competing in fitness shows and or figure/bikini shows can increase your exposure, thus getting the attention of some magazine publisher or photographer. Networking correctly at the various trade shows may also have the same effect, and of course having a good portfolio done by a photographer that really captures your look, a good web site, etc., will all increase your potential for getting into the magazines, or getting ad work, and so on.
There has been further studies that show that the mind and the body needs to take time to be conditioned. For example, those preparing for a marathon can do it within 7 weeks because during the weeks they do several routines and exercises. On top of that, they prepare themselves mentally for what they will face.
This movement most everyone knows from physical education class. It is a fairly simple exercise though the effects are tremendous. Make a habit of knocking off a few hundred each time you enter your restroom. You will be amazed at the results. Your legs, arms and core will be fatigued from this movement.
Adopt a fitness workout plan and chalk out a routine. You can take the help of a personal fitness trainer while doing so. This is one of the most important fitness tips.
